How my journey began

Thanks for stopping by!!! I'm Brian Nutter and I'm a guitar nerd. I've been fascinated with the guitar for as long as I can remember. Guitars are cool. There's really no other way to say it. I love everything about them, the way they sound, feel, smell, look, etc... 
I've been a professional guitarist for nearly 25 years. I spent time in Los Angeles in the 90's as a session musician and, since 2000, I've been in Nashville touring and playing sessions with many of the top country artists (Keith Urban, Taylor Swift, Dierks Bentley, and Lonestar to name a few...) 

As my playing career took off, I was also honing my skills as a luthier. I've built, modified, and repaired guitars for many top players in the music industry. Along the way, I was trying to make improvements in my techniques and develop my own individual and unique way of doing things.
Since opening Nutter Guitars in 2015, I've spent the last couple years trying to design guitars that would be versatile, stylish, and instantly recognizable. Check out the guitars page for the models and options.
